Maxx Burman is the Co-Founder of KitBash3D, a company whose mission it is to enable and inspire creators of the virtual frontier. KB3D creates premium 3D assets for movies and video games, and their customers include the largest studios (Disney, Marvel, HBO, Ubisoft, EA, 2K) as well as hundreds of thousands of independent artists and hobbyists in more than 150 countries. In 2022, KitBash3D was named one of Fast Company’s most innovative companies.

Prior to running KitBash3d, Maxx spent a decade in the film and games industry as an Art Director and Matte Painter, working on films such as Godzilla, Iron Man 3, and Her, shows such as Game Of Thrones, Westworld, and Mindhunter, games such as Call of Duty, League of Legends, and Titanfall, and commercial clients such as Nike, Lexus, T-mobile, and Samsung.

Beyond this, Maxx is an instructor at Learn Squared, he created a video game Sleep Tight with Nintendo, he travels around the world speaking at art/tech conferences and in 2019 Maxx was named Forbes 30 under 30 most influential people in video games.
